Paddle Tennis is:
- Played both in Singles or Doubles.
- Scoring is the same as tennis.
- Game is the best of three sets.
- There is only one serve allowed and it must be underhand.
- "the Bucket rule" applies mostly on the West Coast of the USA.
Paddle Tennis is NOT:
- Paddleball (NY style one wall or "4 wall", see www.paddleball.com)
- Platform Tennis (see www.platform-tennis.com)
- Padel (see www.padel.com)
- Table Tennis (ping-pong)
- Beach Paddle (see www.beachpaddle.com)
